A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSTUANT 7ri
CHAPTER 67 OF THE REDLANDS ORD- INTIPUNCE CODE
Pursuant tostudies made under authority of chapter 67 of the
Redlands ordinance Code, and the presentation of information gained
in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that
traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that
certain regulations are nocessary and shall be established, pursuant
to Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, and the Traffic Engi-
neer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts
as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Article 680, Section 68001 (a) of
the Redlands Ordinance Code
1. Establish a 35-mile-per-hour speed zone on Colton Avenue
between Grava Street and a point approximately 660 feet
ea8t of Lincoln Street.
2. Establish a 45-mile-per-hour sp8ed zone on Colton Avenue
between a point approximately 660 feet eastof Lincoln
Street and Wabash Avemue.
SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Article 660, Section 68001 (a) of
the Redlands Ordinance Code:
1. Establish a 35-mile-per-hour speed zone on Redlands Boals-
vard from midway between Fern and Cypress Avenues awd
Highland Avenue,
2. Establish a 45-mile-per-hour speed zone on Redlands Rowle-
vard from Highland Avenue to Ford Street
