A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE
REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE.
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal
Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby
finds and determines that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established
pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City
of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the
following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10.35.010 of the Redlands Municipal
Code:
I. Install stop signs on northbound Cortez Street at Dearborn Street and on
northbound Dearborn Street at Sessums Drive and to install multi-way stops at
the intersections of San Bernardino Avenue and Dearborn Street and San
Bernardino Avenue and Wabash Avenue with the concurrence of San
Bernardino County.
2. Install a stop sign on eastbound Ridge Street at Center Street.
SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 10.40.200 of the Redlands Municipal Code:
1. Create a no parking zone on both sides of Sylvan Boulevard between
University Street and Grove Street beginning approximately 348 feet east of
University Street and continuing to Grove Street excepting the south side of
Sylvan Boulevard at 1134, 1150 and 1152 Sylvan Boulevard.
