HomeMy WebLinkAbout5067_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 5067 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE. Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perforin such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following: SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10.24.010 of the Redlands Municipal Code, a traffic engineering investigation has been conducted for the following highway and the following speed limit is hereby found most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is reasonable and safe: Highway: CRESCENT AVENUE Date of Study: FEBRUARY 16, 1994 Speed Limits as follows: 35 mph between Ramona Drive and Serpentine Drive ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 20TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1994 Mayor of the City of Redlands ATTEST: City Clerk I, Lorrie Poyzer, City Clerk of the City of Redlands, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City Council at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 20th day of December, 1994, by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Foster, Gilbreath, Gil; Mayor Larson NOES: Council member Cunningham ABSENT: None City CIA Citi¢4 Redlands Resolution No. 5067 Page two
