Purauant to studies heave tofore made under authcrity of this
Cityou
Cncil and the presentation of the information gained in such
studies , the City Council hereby finds and determines that traffio
conditions and the 0onvenience of the public require that certain
regulations are necessary and shall be established , pursuant to
Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, and the Traffic EngiAer
of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts
as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Article 676, Section 676.1 of the
Redlands Traffic Ordinance :
1. To establish Elizabeth Street as a through highway from
Crescent Avenue to Garden Street except at Garden Street.
SECTIOV TWO; Pursuant to Article 677, Sections 677.1and 670,`�
of Chapter 67 of tha Redlands Ordinance Code , Parking:
1. To rapeal Ordinanco .xYC.'t® 967 of the City of Redlands pro—
hibiting the parking of vehicles for a time longer than
two hours on Eureka Street from South curb of Library i toy
Drive south to a point approximately 300 feet south on '\ , --,-!

east and west side ofstreet and on Fourth Street approx—
imately 300 feet aouth on east and west side H street.
