HomeMy WebLinkAbout2845_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 284-5 A RESOLUTION EStABLISHING TRAFFIC RE(TLMATIONS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 67 OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE Pursuant to studies made under authoril_­y of Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that certain regu- lations are necessary and shall be established, pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is -hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following: SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Article 678, Section 67801 (b) of the Redlands Traffic Ordinance: 1. Remove twenty-foot long loading zone located on south side of Redlands Boulevard forty-one feet east of 3rd Street. SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Article 678, Section 67805 (a) 1. of the Redlands Traffic Ordinance: 1. Establish no parking zone on the east side of Church Street from Citrus Avenue north to railroad tracks. SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Article 677, Section 67709 (a) of the Redlands Traffic Ordinance: 1 . Establish a one Your parking limit on the west side of Church Street from State Street extending to a point 125 ' south of C3-trus Avenue, ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this Ist day of December. 1970.
