HomeMy WebLinkAbout2952_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 2952 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 67 OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE Pursuant to studies made under authority of Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that certain regu- lations are necessary and shall be established, pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordin.ance code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following: SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Article 673, Section 67301, of the Redlands Traffic Ordinance: 1. Stop nortlobound traffic on Marion Road at intersection with Fifth Ave-nue. SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Article 678, Section 67805. 2, of the Redlands Traffic Ordinance: 1 . Establish, yellow loading zone in front of '719 East Clark Street - Lawn Mower Repair Shop. SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Article 679, Sect-ion 67909, of the Redlands Traffic Ordinance: I 1. Establish no parking on Clark Street between Redlands Boulevard and Church Street during school hours, 8:00 A,M. to 5:00 P.M.
