A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL
CODE.
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands
Municipal Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the
City Council hereby finds and determines that certain regulations are necessary
and shall be established pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code,
and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform
such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10.40.310 of the Redlands Municipal
Code:
1. Create a 2-hour time limit parking zone on both sides of Fern Avenue
from Terracina Boulevard northeasterly to Bellevue Road with the
installation of "2-Hour Parking 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday Through
Friday Except Sat., Sun. & Holidays" signs, and to issue parking permit
hangers to abutting residents only to allow unrestricted parking on Fern
Avenue,
SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 10.40.200 of the Redlands Municipal
Code:
1. Remove the existing white painted curb loading zone from the frontage
of Clement Middle School located at 501 East Pennsylvania Avenue.
SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Section 10.40.090 of the Redlands
Municipal Code:
1. Create a no parking zone for 20 feet adjacent to the east side of the
main drive approach entrance to Clement Middle School located at 501
East Pennsylvania Avenue.
