A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL
CODE.
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the
presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that
certain regulations are necessary and shall be established pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands
Municipal Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such
acts as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10.40.200 of the Redlands Municipal Code;
1. Create a no parking zone a total of 40 feet on Fern Avenue at 460 E. Fern Avenue
along the frontage of the Fern Lodge Apartments for an existing bus stop.
2. Create a no parking zone a total of 50 feet from the exit drive approach west on the
south side of Redlands Boulevard at 1573 W. Redlands Boulevard
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 7TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2004.
