A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE
REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE.
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Tide 10 of the Redlands Municipal
Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby
finds and determines that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established pursuant
to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of
Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the
following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10.40.090 of the Redlands Municipal Code:
1. Remove 49 feet of no parking zone on the north side of Fern Avenue fronting
2 West Fern Avenue.
SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 1.0.40.200 of the Redlands Municipal Code:
I Designate a loading zone 49 feet long on the north side of Fern Avenue
fronting 2 West Fern Avenue.
