RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGTULATIONS PURSUANT TO CITY OF
REDLANDS TRAFFIC ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 67 OF REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE.
Pursuant to studies heretofore made under authority of this
City Council and the presentation of the information gained in such
studies , the City Council hereby finds and determines that traffic
conditions and the convenience of the public require that certain
regulations are necessary and shall be established, pursuant to
Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code , and the Traffic Engineer
of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts
as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Article 681, Section 681. 1 (b) of the
Redlands Traffic Ordinance :
1. To permit the removal of existing crosswalks on Fern
Avenue , between Roosevelt Road and Citrus Avenue .
2, To permit the removal of a crosswalk on Cypress Avenue at
a point approximately 200 -feet west of 'San Mateo Street.
SECTION TT,70 : Pursuant, to Article 6814 Section 681 . 1 of the
Redlands Traffic Ordinance :
1. To establish a crosswalk on Fern Avenue at a point
approximately 200 feet east of -"-.-he east curb of Beacon
Street,
2v "Llo establish a crosswalk on Fern Avenue at a point
approximately 550 feelu- east of the east curb of Beacon
Street ,
3. To establish a cvoss-walk on Fern Avenue at a point
approximately 800 -feet east of the east curb of Beacon
Street,
SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Article 681, Section 681.1 (a) of
the Redlands Traffic Ordinance :
1. To establish a crosswalk on Cypress Avenue at a point
approximately 750 feet west of San Mateo Street.
