HomeMy WebLinkAbout2309_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 2309 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TU CHAPTER 67 OF REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE. Pursuant to studies made under authority of Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code9 the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that certain regu- lations are necessary and shall be established_, pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the followings SECTION ONE-. Pursuant to Ordinance No. 991, Article 621, Section 6213 of the Redlands Parking Meter Ordinances To permit the removal of two hour parking meters on east side of Fifth Street between Redlands Boulevard and railroad track. SECTION TWO; Pursuant to Article 677, Section 677.9 (b) of the Redlands Traffic Ordinance- To establish a no parking zone of the east side of Fifth Street from the north curb line of Redlands Boulevard to a point 78 feet north. SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Article 674, Section 674.1 (a) of the Redlands Traffic Ordinance and Section 2100 of the Vehicle Code: To establish a no U turn sign at the opening in the island in front of 711 Brookside Avenue.
