R-7SOLVED THAT the following street within the City of Redlands
shall be made a stop street as follows :
That vehicles and cars moving along Franklin $1-Itreet shall come
to a full stop before crossing the intersection of Garden and
Franklin Streets .
That the Folice Commissioner cause to be prepared and properly
install and maintain appropriate signs in con'.pliance with the
Vehicle Code of 1935 as amended and that whenproperlyand
lawfully si,,,?ned the regulation of traffic upon said street and
in the manner hereinbefore set forth, shall be in full face and effect
and anyone violating such regulation shall be guilty of a misden_eanor
and upon conviction thereof shall ',.)e punish in the manner provided
in the penal section of Ordinance No. 693
