A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC RECULATIONS PURSUANT To
CHAPTER 67 OF ME REDIMIDS ORS INKME CODE
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Chapter 67 of the
Redlands Otdinance Code, and the presentation of info rmation gained
in such studies, the City Ccuncii hereby finds and determines t
e hat
traffic conditions and thy' convenience of the public require that
certain regulations are necessary and shall be established, pursuant
to Chapter 67 of the Redlands ordinance Code, and the Traffic Engineer
of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are
necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Article 676, Section 67603, of the
Redlands Traffic Ordinance -,
1. Install stop sign on Laurel Avenue at Terracina Boulevard,
SECTION TWO ; Pursuant to Article 677, Secticn 67709, of the
Redlands Traffic Ordinance:;
1. Establish a passenger loading zone from Cajon Street tc,
the driveway east of the Y.W.C.A. on Olive Avenue (north
sidej -
SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Article 680, Section 68001a, of the
Redlands Traffic Ordinance :
E Establish a 35 mile-per-hour speed zone on Terracina
Boulevard between Olive Avenue and Cypress Av8nue,
2. Establish a 50 mil e—er-hcur speed zone on Terracina
Boulevard between 0171ve Avenue and Brookside Avenue,
