HomeMy WebLinkAbout7563_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 7563 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE WHEREAS, pursuant to studies made under the authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the presentation of information contained in such studies, the City Council of the City of Redlands has determined that certain traffic regulations are necessary to protect the public health, safety and welfare and should be established pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS as follows: Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10.40.240 of the Redlands Municipal Code, this City Council hereby establishes a passenger loading zone in front of 201 Brookside Avenue for a distance of 42 feet. This City Council further establishes a no parking zone at the southeast corner of Brookside Avenue and Eureka Street for a distance of 39 feet. Section 2. This City further determines that approval of this Resolution is exempt from review under California Enviroiunental Quality Act ("CEQA") pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15061 (b)(3) which provides that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a significant effect on the enviromnent. This City Council finds with certainty that there is no possibility the approval of this Resolution may have a significant effect on the enviroiunent.
