RELEASE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
CERTIFICATE OF SATISFACTION
Whereas, on May 19, 2022, the City of Redlands caused a public improvement
agreement, guaranteeing that certain improvements be constructed and completed for City of
Planned Development No. 4 to be filed for record in the official records of the County of San
Bernardino, State of California (the "Public Improvement Agreement").
Whereas, the Public Improvement Agreement was duly recorded as Instrument No.
2022-0186372 against property owned by Duke Reality Limited Partnership, an Indiana
limited Partnership of Irvine, CA which is more particularly described as County of San
Bernardino Assessor's Parcel Nos. 0292-032-31, 36, and 48.
Whereas, the City of Redlands has determined that Duke Reality Limited Partnership,
an Indiana limited Partnership has fully satisfied the obligations secured by the Public
Improvement Agreement.

Now, therefore, the City of Redlands hereby certifies that the Public Improvement
Agreement is released and discharged, and directs the County of San Bernardino to discharge
of record the Public Improvement Agreement.
