A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 67
OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Chapter 67 of the
Redlands Ordinance Code, and the presentation of information gained
in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that
traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that
certain regulations are necessary and shall be established,
pursuant to the Redlands Ordinance Code and the California Vehicle
Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby
directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the
following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Article 677 , Section 67709 , of the
Redlands Traffic Ordinance:
1. Establish "No Parking" zone and paint curb red for
forty (40) feet along the south side of Redlands
Boulevard, west of the driveway to 1075 West Redlands
Boulevard.
SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 22358.3 of the California
Vehicle Code:.
1. Establish a 25 MPH zone on Sessums Drive between Wabash
Avenue and .50 miles west of Wabash Avenue, and paint
solid double yellow lines in the same area.
