A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL
CODE
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and
the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and
determines that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established pursuant to Title 10 of
the Redlands Municipal Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby
directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10.40.200 of the Redlands Municipal Code:
I. Create a no parking zone on Cypress Avenue at the east and west sides of the
Redlands Boulevard intersection for approximately 380 feet on the north side and
375 feet on the south side of Cypress Avenue west of Redlands Boulevard and
approximately 280 feet on the north side and 210 feet on the south side of Cypress
Avenue east of Redlands Boulevard.
2. Create a no parking zone on the north side of Reservoir Road for approximately
120 feet west of the intersections of Reservoir Road and Devonshire Drive and
Buckingham Drive beginning at the curb returns and 60 feet east of the
intersections of Reservoir Road and Devonshire Drive and Buckingham Drive
beginning at the curb returns.
3. Create a no parking zone beginning at the curb return at Redlands Boulevard on
the north side of Fern Avenue a total of 75 feet along the frontage of the Redlands
Drive-In Dairy located at 680 E. Redlands Boulevard for an existing bus stop.
SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 10.36.010 of the Redlands Municipal Code:
I. Install a multi-way stop at Reservoir Road and Devonshire Drive,
SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Section 10.40.3 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code:
1. Create a 2-hour time limit parking zone along the 7"' Street fi-ontage of Honda
Yamaha of Redlands located at 215 East Redlands Boulevard.
2. Create a 10-minute time limit parking zone on the north side of Fern Avenue for
25 feet adjacent to the drive approach along the frontage of the Redlands Drive-In
Dairy located at 680 E. Redlands Boulevard.
