A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 67
OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Chapter 67 of the
Redlands Ordinance Code, and the presentation of information gained
in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that
traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that
certain regulations are necessary and shall be established,
pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, and the
Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to
perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Article 677, Section 67707 .3 , of the
Redlands Traffic Ordinance:
1. Establish a "no parking" red zone on the east side of
Rossmont Drive from Garden Street to Sunset Drive.
2. Establish a "no parking" red zone along the west side of
Kansas Street, south of Orange Avenue, for a distance of
630 feet. Said red zone shall be in effect until Kansas
Street is improved to its ultimate width.
3 . Establish a "no parking" zone and post appropriate signs
along the east side of Grant Street from 150 feet south
of Brookside Avenue to Olive Avenue.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 4th day of August, 1987.
