HomeMy WebLinkAbout3141_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO, 3141 A RESOLUTION ESTAPLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 67 OF T-HE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE Pursuant to studies made under authority of Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established, pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, and the Traffic Engi- neer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following: SECTION ONE: Purs'u-ant to Article 6771 , Section 67709 (a) of the Redlands Traff_, r; Ordinaince �', 1 . Establish 10 minute parking lirr-Liton the west side of Orange Street at the first parking space south of the red curb beginning at Colton Avenue. 2 . Establish 10 minute parking limit on the south side of Colton Avenue at the first parking space west of the red curb beginning at Orange Street. 3 . Prohibit parking on the north side of Pearl Avenue from Orange Street to Sixth Street, SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Article 6""6, Section 67, 603 of the Redlands Traffic Ordinance: 1 . Install sign to stop traffic on Pioneer Avenue at inter- section with Tennessee Street. 2 ,, lnstall sign to stop traffic on Crescent Avenue at inter- section w1th Serpentine Drive. 3 � install sign to stop traffic on Hilt-on Avenue at inter- section with Cajon Street. 46 Install sign to stop traffic on Country Club Drive at _nter- sect'l-on with Sunset Drive North. 5 . Install stop sign to stop traffic on New York Street at intersection with State Street. 6. Install step signs to stop traffic on Garden Hill at both entrances to Garden Street.
