HomeMy WebLinkAbout4636_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 4636 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established, pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following: SECTION ONE. Pursuant to Section 10 . 40 .090 (A) of the Redlands Municipal Code and with the concurrence of Caltrans: 1. Place appropriate signs or curb markings to prohibit stopping, standing or parking of vehicles on the east side of Orange Street (State Route 38) for a distance of 15 feet south of the north driveway at 1124 Orange Street. SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 10 .40 .310 (A) of the Redlands Municipal Code: 1. Place appropriate signs or markings giving notice that a two (2) hour parking time limit is imposed on the east side of Ninth Street between Citrus Avenue and State Street. SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Section 10 . 40 .090 (A) of the Redlands Municipal Code: 1. Place appropriate signs or curb markings on Oriental Street, west of Eureka Street at the Drop Off Center for the Recycling Center, to establish a 60--foot long loading zone with a 12 minute parking limitation.
