HomeMy WebLinkAbout2663_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 2663 A RESOLUTION ESTaBLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIvNS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 67 OF TliE REDL AIDS ORDINANCE CODE. Pursuant to studies made under authority of Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, and the presentation of information gained in such traffic studies , the City Council hereby finds ana determines that traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established, pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following: SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Article 677, Sections 677.1 and 677.9 of Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, Parking : To repeal Resolution 2621 of the City of Redlands prohibiting the parking of vehicles for a time longer than 2 hours on Fourth Street from south curb of Library Drive south to a point approximately 3030 feet south on east and west sine of street. SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Article 677, sections 677.1 and 677.9 of Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Coae, Parking : To perrait the parking of vehicles for a time longer than 2 hours on Fourth Street betivicen Vine Street anu Olive Avenue with the exception of approximately 300 feet from the centerline of Vine Street south on the west side of the street. SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Article 677, Sections 677. 1 and 677.9 of Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Corse, Parking : To repeal that portion of Resolution No. 890 establishing a 2 hour parking limit on Fourth Street between Olive Avenue and Vine Street.
