A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE
REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 6768
WHEREAS, pursuant to studies made under the authority of Title 10 of the
Redlands Municipal Code, and the presentation of information contained in such studies,
the City Council of the City of Redlands has determined that certain traffic regulations
should be established to protect the public health, safety and welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10.40.3 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, the
City of Redlands hereby establishes a two-hour time limit parking zone on both sides of
Eureka Street, from Fern Avenue to Home Place, excluding the property frontages of 448
S. Eureka Street and 456 S. Eureka Street, and allow abutting residents and businesses to
park without any time restrictions.
Section 2. The no parking zone previously established on Fern Avenue along the
rear of Cope Middle School for approximately 300 feet is hereby maintained.
Section 3. The loading zone previously established on the north side of State
Street, beginning at the end of the no parking zone on the east side of the drive approach
at 301 Tennessee Street, and extending easterly for approximately 80 feet, is hereby
maintained.
Section 4. Resolution No. 6768 is hereby rescinded.
