A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF
THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the
Redlands Municipal Code, and the presentation of information
gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and
determines that traffic conditions and the convenience of the
public require that certain regulations are necessary and shall
be established, pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal
Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby
directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the
following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10. 40 . 090 (a) of the
Redlands Municipal Code:
1 . Place appropriate signs or curb markings to prohibit
stopping, standing or parking of vehicles on the east
side of Nevada Street, beginning 100 feet north of
Redlands Boulevard and extending north for 560 feet.
2 . Place appropriate signs or curb markings to prohibit
stopping, standing or parking of vehicles on the east
side of California Street from Redlands Boulevard to
the second driveway of the WalMart complex.
SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 10 . 40. 310 (A) of the
Redlands Municipal Cade:
1. Establish a one-hour parking zone between the driveways
fronting 900 Nevada Street.
