A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF
THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE AND AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 3350
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code,
and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and
determines that traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that certain
regulations are necessary and shall be established pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands
Municipal Code; that Resolution No. 3350 shall be amended; and that the Traffic Engineer of
the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the
following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10.44.070 of the Redlands Municipal Code:
1. The upper level of the parking structure located at Citrus Avenue and Sixth Street
shall be designated unrestricted free parking.
2. The lower level of the parking structure located at City Avenue and Sixth Street
shall be designated leased parking with leasing of spaces administered by the City
Treasurer of the City of Redlands.
