A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 67
OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Chapter 67 of the
Redlands Ordinance Code , and the presentation of information gained
in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that
traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that
certain regulations are necessary and shall be established, pursu-
ant to Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code , and the Traffic
Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform
such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE : That Resolution No . 3550 be amended by estab-
lishing a three hour parking zone in the western most portion of
the parking lot located in the 200 block of Orange Street on the
east side with the eastern portion with the entrance on Fifth
Street being established an untimed employee parking lot.
SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 67803 of the Redlands
Traffic Ordinance :
1. Establish a passenger loading zone for a distance of
approximately 50 feet in front of property located at
616 Brookside Avenue .
SECTION THREE : Pursuant to Section 67904 of the Redlands
Traffic Ordinance :
1 . Establish a 24 minute parking zone in front of property
located at 287 Tennessee Street (Southern California
Edison Company) .
SECTION FOUR: Pursuant to Section 67603 of the Redlands
Traffic Ordinance :
1 . Install stop signs for north- and south-bound traffic
on Seventh Street at the intersection of Stuart Avenue .
SECTION FIVE : Pursuant to Section 67803 of the Redlands
Traffic Ordinance :
1. Establish a bus loading zone of approximately 160 feet
in length along Pennsylvania Avenue , east of the main
entrance of Clement Junior High School , 501 East
Pennsylvania Avenue .
SECTION SIX: Pursuant to Section 67709 of the Redlands
Traffic Ordinance :
1. Establish a no parking zone in front of property located
at 620 Tennessee Street (Burgeson 's Heating and Air
Conditioning) .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of January, 1986 .
