RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO CITY OF
REDLAT:DS TRAFFIC ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 67 OF REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE,.
Pursuant to studies heretofore made under authority of this
City Council and the presentation of the information gained in
such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that-
traffic
hattraffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that
certain regulations are necessary and ehall be established, pur-
suant to Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, and the Tragi i c
Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform s-dc-h
acts as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Article 674, Section 674.2 of the
Redlands Traffic Ordinance:
1. To Prohibit "U" turn3 at the following intersections .
Citrus Avenue and Eureka Street
Brookside Avenue and Center Street
Brookside Avenue and San Mateo Street
Brookside Avenue and Roma Street
SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Article 677 , Section 677.9 of the
Redlands Traffic Ordinance :
1. To prohibit stopping, standing or parking of vehicles on
Citrus Avenue from the ,lest curb line of Second Street to a
point 30' West and from a point 110' Hest of the gest curb line
of Second Street to a point 60' West thereof.
SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Article 676, Section 676.3 of tLe
Redlands Traffic Ordinance:
1. To establish a stop sign on Citrus Avenue to stop south-
bound vehicles on Citrus Avenue at the intersection of Brook-
side Avenue. r
SECTION FOUR: Pursuant to Article 677 Section 677.9 of the
Redlands Traffic Ordianance:
1. To establish a two-hour parking limit on Seventh and
Eighth Streets from Highway 99 to State Street.
SECTION FIVE: Pursuant to Article 677, Section 677.9 of the
Redlands Traffic Ordinance:
I. To establish a zone prohibiting parking, standing or
stopping of vehicles on the east side of Cajon Street from
the South curb line of alley entrance located between Vane
Street and Citrus Avenue, South for a distance of twenty (20)
feet.
