A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE
REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4436
WHEREAS,pursuant to studies made under the authority of Title 10 of the
Redlands Municipal Code, and the presentation of information contained in such studies,
the City Council of the City of Redlands("this City Council")has determined that certain
traffic regulations should be established to protect the public health, safety and welfare;
NOW.THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10.10.090(a) of the Redlands Municipal Code,
Section three of Resolution No. 4436 is hereby amended to read as follows:
c41. Except for that portion of Brookside Avenue along the frontage of 303
Brookside Avenue,prohibit parking and paint curb red for a distance of 40
feet on the north side of Brookside Avenue, east of Buena Vista Street."
Section 2. This City Council fin-ther determines that the approval of this
Resolution is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act
CICEQXI)pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15061(b)(3)which provides that CEQA
applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a significant effect on the
environment. This City Council finds that it can be seen with certainty that there is no
possibility that the approval of this Resolution may have a significant effect on the
environment.
ADOPTED,SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 17TH DAY OF JANUARY,2012.
