A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 67
OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Chapter 67 of the
Redlands Ordinance Code, and the presentation of information gained
in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that
traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that
certain regulations are necessary and shall be established,
pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, and the
Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to
perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Article 577, Section 677017.3 , of the
Redlands Traffic Ordinance:
1. Establish a red zone for 120 feet on the south side of
Roosevelt Road, 15 feet in each direction on the north
corner, and 15 feet in each direction of the fire
hydrant.
2. Establish a red zone for a total of 40 feet from each
side of the east driveway to the Southern California
Edison employee parking lot in the 1200 block of State
Street.
SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Article 679 , Section 67904, of the
Redlands Ordinance Code:
1. Establish two hour parking from 7:00 A.M. to 1 : 00 P.M.
weekdays in the bulb of the cul-de--sac in the 500 block
of Roosevelt Road.
SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Article 676, Section 67603, of the
Redlands Ordinance Code:
1. Install stop signs on Caballero Lane, Pacific Street,
Sterling Road and San Mateo Street at Crescent Avenue.
