HomeMy WebLinkAbout5085_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 5085 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE. Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established, pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and that the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following: SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10.40.090 of the Redlands Municipal Code: 1. No parking will be permitted on the east side of Cajon Street between Vine Street and the Redlands Plaza driveway. 2. The north side of Vine Street between Cajon Street and the Redlands Plaza. driveway and the first parking space east of the Redlands Plaza driveway shall be designated for Fire Department vehicles only. 3. All time limits shall be removed on the upper level of the Redlands Plaza parking lot and be designated for City business only, Monday through Friday. 4. No parking will be permitted in the alley east of the Redlands Plaza. 5. The two hour parking time limit shall be removed from the north side of Vine Street and shall be designated for Police Department use only. ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 19th day of April, 1994.
