RESOLUTION NO. 2406
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE, TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE, BY RESCINDING A SECTION THEREOF
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Chapter 67 of
the Redlands Ordinance Code , the presentation of information
gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and deter-
mines that traffic conditions and the convenience of the public
require that certain regulations are necessary and shall be
established, pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance
Code , and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby
directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the
following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Article 677, Section 677 . 9 (D) of
Chapter 67 of Ordinance No. 1075 ,
To rescind City Council resolution of February 4, 1964
establishing a loading zone on the west side of Fourth
Street from a point approximately 114, south of Redlands
Boulevard to a point approximately 134 , south of Redlands
Boulevard.
Adopted, Signed and Approved this sixth day of
October, 1964.
