A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGIJI_ATIONS PURSUANT
TO CHAPTER 67 OF THE REDITLANDS ORDINANCE CODE
Pursuant to stud-l- es made under authority of Chapter 67 of the
Redlands Ordinance Code, and tie presentation of information gained
in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that
traffic conditions and the convenience oaf the public require that
certain regulations are necessary and shall be established, pursuant
to Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, and the Traffic Engi-
neer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts
as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE Pursuant to Article 67"71, Section 67710 of the
Redlands Traffic Ordinance :
1. Place, or cause to be placed, temporary signs prohibiting
the parking, stopping or standing of vehicles on San Timoteo
Canyon Road between the intersection of San Timoteo Canyon
Road and the Southern Pacific railroad tracks (approximately
7/10 mile east of Fern Avenue) and the City Limits to the
east. Parking shall be prohibited ori both sides of the
roadway between Saturday, October 5, 1974 at 0800 hours and
Sunday, October 6, 1974 at 0800 hours.
SECTION TWO: Tne C1nief of Police and/or any officer of the
Police Department shall caluse any vehicle in violation of this
resolution to be removed and stored at the vehicle owner' s ex-
pense, as authorized by California Vesicle Code Section 22652
(d) .
