A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS r,'URSUANT TO
CHAPTER 67 OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE
Pursuant to studies made in accordance with Chapter 67 of !he Rod tands
Qui imance Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies,
the City Council hereby finds and determines that traffic conditions and
the convenience of the public require that certain regulations are neces-
sary and shall be established.
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 40802 (b) of the California
Vehicle Code and Article 680, Sections 68001 (a) of the Redlands Traffic
Ordinance, the following highway has been studied and the following speed
limits are hereby found most appropriate to facilitate the orderly move-
ment of traffic and is reasonable and safe:
Highway: Cajon st. between Vine st. and Garden st.
Date of Study: February 13, 1978
Speed Limits as Follows:
25 m.p.h. Between Vine st. and Home pl.
30 m.p.h. Between Home pl. and Highland ave.
35 m.p.h. Between Highland ave. and Garden st.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 21st day of February, 1978.
