A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATiONS PURSUANT TO
CHAP YI-ER 67 OF THF REDLANDS ORDINAN'C'E CODE
Pursuant to studi-as made in accordance with Chapte,r 67 of the Redlands
Ordianance Code, and the presentation of information gained in such Studies,
the City Council hereby finds and del-ermines that traffic conJlfions and
the convenience of the public require that certain regulations are neces-
sary and shall be e5tabiished.
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 40802 (b) of the California
Vehicle Code and Article 680, Sections 68001 (a) of the Redlands Traffic
Ordinance, the following highway has been studied and the following speed
limits are hereby found most appropriate to facilitate the orderly move-
ment of traffic and is reasonable and safe:
Highway: Orange st. between the North city limits and Vine st.
Date of Study: February 14, 1978
Speed Limits as Follows:
State maximum between the North city limits and Pioneer ave.
45 m.p.h. Between Pioneer ave. and San Bernardino ave.
35 m.p.h. Between San Bernardino ave. and Lugonia ave.
30 m.p.h. Between Lugonla ave. and Colton ave,
25 m.p.h. Between Colton ave. and Vine st.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 21st day of February, 1978.
