A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE
REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE.
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal
Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby
finds and determines that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established pursuant
to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of
Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the
following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10.24.010 of the Redlands Municipal Code,
a traffic engineering investigation has been conducted for the following highway and the
following speed limit is hereby found most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement
of traffic and is reasonable and safe:
Highway: MARIPOSA DRIVE
Date of Study: FEBRUARY 13, 1996
Speed Limits as follows:
25 mph between Wabash Avenue and Country Club Drive
30 mph between Country Club Drive and Garden Street
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 16TH DAY OF APRIL, 1996

resolution was duly adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 16th day of April, 1996, by the following vote:
