HomeMy WebLinkAbout5042_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 5042 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established, pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following: SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10.24.01.0 of the Redlands Municipal Code, a traffic engineering investigation has been conducted for the following highway and the following speed limit is hereby found most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and is reasonable and safe. Highway: ORANGE STREET Date of Study: October 19, 1993 Speed Limits as Follows: 50 m.p.h. between Pioneer Avenue and a point 2,800 feet north of Hubbard Court 55 m.p.h.
