HomeMy WebLinkAbout4378_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 4378 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established, pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following: SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10 .36.030 of the Redlands Municipal Code: 1. Erect stop signs at the intersect- cn of Colton AvcnLle and Dearborn Street. SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 10 . 48 .020 (F) of the Redlands Municipal Code: 1. Provide and maintain painted crosswalk markings or other appropriately devised symbols or warning signs on Pioneer Avenue on the east side of Orange Street. 2. Provide and maintain painted crosswalk markings or other appropriately devised symbols or warning signs on Colton Avenue at Dearborn Street. SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Section 10 . 40 .310 (A) of the Redlands Municipal Code: 1. Place appropriate signs or markings giving notice thereof that two parking spaces directly in front of the pharmacy located at 232 Cajon Street shall be limited to twenty- four (24) minute parking.
