A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF
THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the
Redlands Municipal Code, and the presentation of information gained
in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that
traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that
certain regulations are necessary and shall be established,
pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the
Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to
perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10 .36 .010 of the Redlands
Municipal Code:
1. Designate Crestview Drive as a through highway and
require all vehicles to stop before entering or crossing
the same.
SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 10 .36.030 of the Redlands
Municipal Code:
1. Crestview Drive - Erect stop signs on all intersecting
streets between Ford Street and Buckingham Drive.
2. Erect stop signs at the intersection of Church Street and
Brockton Avenue.
3 . Erect stop sign for southbound traffic on Serpentine
Drive at Highland Avenue.
SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Section 10 . 40 .090 (a) of the
Redlands Municipal Code:
1 . Prohibit parking and paint curb red for a distance of 40
feet on the north side of Brookside Avenue, east of Buena
Vista Street.
