A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF
THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the
Redlands Municipal Code, and the presentation of information gained
in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that
traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that
certain regulations are necessary and shall be established,
pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the
Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to
perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10 . 40 .310 (A) of the Redlands
Municipal Code:
1 . Place appropriate signs or markings giving notice thereof
that three parking spaces in front of the business
located at 278 Tennessee Street shall be limited to
twenty (20) minute parking.
SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 10 .36.030 of the Redlands
Municipal Code:
1. Erect stop signs at the intersection of San Mateo Street
and Palm Avenue.
2. Erect stop signs at the intersection of Lugonia Avenue
and California Street.
SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Section 10. 40 .310 (A) of the
Redlands Municipal Code:
1. Establish two hour parking, Monday through Friday between
8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. , on the east side of Cajon Street
between Fern Avenue and Clark Street.
2. Establish two hour parking, Monday through Friday between
8:00 A.M. and 6: 00 P.M. , on the south side of Fern Avenue
between Cajon Street and Laverne Street.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of November, 1989 .
