A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL
CODE.
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and
the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and
determines that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established pursuant to Title 10 of
the Redlands Municipal Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed
to perforin such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10.36.010 of the Redlands Municipal Code:
1. Install a multi-way stop and crosswalks at Texas Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.
2. Install a multi-way stop at Brockton Avenue and Grove Street.
SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 10.40.310 of the Redlands Municipal Code:
1. Create a 2-Hour Time Limit Parking Zone with resident parking permit hangers on
the east side of Nordina Street between Clark Street and Olive Avenue from 235
Nordina Street to 257 Nordina Street and install three posted signs reading "2-
HOUR PARKING 7:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M. EXCEPT SAT., SUN. &
HOLIDAYS, VEHICLES DISPLAYING RESIDENT PERMIT EXEMPT."
2. Create a No Parking Zone on Tennessee Street from the northwest corner of
Orange Avenue north 170 feet along the frontage of Arrowhead Christian Academy
and install three posted signs reading "NO PARKING ANY TIME."
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 18TH DAY OF JUNE, 2002.
