A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT
TO TITLE 10 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE.
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal
Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby
finds and determines that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established
pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City
of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the
following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10.40.090 of the Redlands Municipal Code:
1. Create a no parking zone a total of 32 feet on the east side of University Street
at the south side of Phelan Avenue and a total of 20 feet on the east side of
University Street at the north side of Phelan Avenue,
2. Remove a no parking zone a total of 53 feet on the north side of Fern Avenue
along the frontage of the Redlands Drive-In Dairy beginning at the end of the
10 minute parking zone green curb heading north towards the curb return at
Redlands Boulevard leaving approximately 20 feet of red curb intact.
