A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF
THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE AND AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 4359
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the
Redlands Municipal Code, and the presentation of information gained
in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that
traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that
certain regulations are necessary and shall be established,
pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the
Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to
perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10 . 40 .090 (a) of the Redlands
Municipal Code:
1. Place appropriate signs or curb markings to prohibit
stopping, standing or parking of vehicles on Alabama
Street between Barton Road and Redlands Boulevard in the
areas under the jurisdiction of the City of Redlands,
contingent upon the County Board of Supervisors approving
a prohibition of stopping, standing or parking of
vehicles along the west side of Alabama Street between
Calvary Circle and Orange Avenue.
SECTION TWO: That Section Five of Resolution No. 4389 is
hereby amended.
