A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
SUSPENDING, FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR, THE ENFORCEABILITY OF
CITY OF REDLANDS RESOLUTION NO. 5521 RELATING TO PARKING
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Resolution No. 5521 of the City Council of the City of Redlands relating to
parking regulations on the south side of Citrus Avenue is hereby suspended and its terms and
provisions shall not be enforced for a period of one year from the date of July 7, 1998.
Section 2. City staff is hereby directed to immediately remove all City signs relating to
parking restrictions established by Resolution No. 5521,and such signs shall be reinstalled,without
further action by this City Council, one year from the date of July 7, 1998.
Section 3. This Resolution suspending the enforceability of Resolution No. 5521 shall
automatically expire, without further action by this City Council, on July 6, 1999; and thereafter
Resolution No. 5521 shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of July, 1998.
