RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS,
CALIFORNIA, REVISING THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDLANDS AND THE COUNTY
OF SAN BERNARDINO
WHEREAS, on June 26, 1967 , the City Council of
the City of Redlands approved the Traffic Signal
Maintenance Agreement between the City of Redlands
and the County of San Bernardino for jointly operated
traffic signals; and
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands now desires to
replace payment exhibits A and B with four (4) new
exhibits dated February, 1980, titled as follows :
Exhibit .A., Schedules I and II, Exhibit B, Schedules
I and II, copies of which are attached and made a
part of this resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Redlands does hereby approve
this revision to the Traffic Signal maintenance
Agreement between the City of Redlands and the County
of San Bernardino; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the
City of Redlands be authorized to sign the Standard
Contract from the County of San Bernardino approving
said revision.
