A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
APPROVING THE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT THE INTERSECTION OF COLTON AVENUE
AND TENNESSEE STREET
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands desires to install traffic
signals and lighting at the intersection of Colton Avenue and
Tennessee Street in the City of Redlands .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Redlands does hereby approve the Participation
Agreement between the City of Redlands and the State of California
for the installation of traffic signals and lighting at the inter--
section of Colton Avenue and Tennessee Street; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to sign
the Participation Agreement on behalf of the City of Redlands.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of November, 1981.
