A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
APPROVING THE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF REDLANDS AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE INSTALLA-
TION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT THE INTERSECTION OF PENNSYLVANIA
AVENUE AND ORANGE STREET
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands desires to install traffic
signals and lighting at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue
and Orange Street in the City of Redlands; and
WHEREAS , the installation of the signals and lighting will
be financed by Federal Block Grant Funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Redlands does hereby approve the Participation
Agreement between the City of Redlands and the State of
California for the installation of traffic signals and lighting
at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Orange Street;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to sign
the Participation Agreement on behalf of the City of Redlands .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of November, 1981 .
