A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1029,
SPECIFICATIONS FOR PLANTING, REMOVAL AND GENERAL TREE CARE
The City Council of the City of Redlands does resolve as
follows:
SECTION ONE: That Resolution No. 1.029 is hereby amended
by the addition of a paragraph 9, as follows:
"9. No person shall cover more than five per cent of the
adjoining parkway areas (areas between curb and sidewalk) , ex-
cluding driveway areas, with any non-growing materials . Any
exceptions to this must have the approval of the Parks Director
or his appointed representative. "
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 28th day of October, 1975.
