ADOPTING SPLCIFICATIONS FOR PLANTING. 2,0110"�4,11, AND GENE111.1- IULIE CIRC.
'WHEtLEAS, Section 7321 of the Redlands Ordinance Code provides that:

1. A tree planting permit mos-t be secured bel ore any tree is planted an.

2. No tree shall be planted closer than 35 feet to another tree, oscept
that trees which normally grow to a spread of 35 feet shall be spaced at least
60 feet apart.
3. No tree shall be set closer than 35 feet to the intersection of the
extended curb lines where two or more streets intersect.
