A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS REVISING THE
BOUNDARIES OF UNDERGROUND UTILITIES DISTRICT NO . 5 AND AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO3366 .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows :
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Redlands on July 5, 1977 adopted
Resolution No . 3366 establishing Underground Utilities District No . 5 ; and.
WHEREAS, the Southern California Edison Company has requested that the
boundaries of said District be revised to make maximum beneficial use of
available Rule 20 funds ; and
WHEREAS, the Underground Utilities Advisory Committee of the City of Redlands
recommends that the requested boundary revision be granted.
NOWT THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands
that the boundaries of Underground Utilities District No . 5 be revised and
that Resolution No. 3366 be amended as follows :
Parcel No. 2
That portion of the Henry L. Williams Tract in the City of Redlands ,
County of San Bernardino , State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 11 of Maps , page 17 , Records of said County , described as
follows :
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Interstate 10
with a line that is parallel with and 100. 00 feet East of the
centerline of Nevada Street ; thence Southerly along said parallel
line to the centerline of Industrial Park Avenue ; thence Westerly
along the Westerly prolongation of said centerline to a line that
is parallel with and loo . 00 feet West of the centerline of said
Nevada Street ; thence Northerly along said parallel line to the
centerline of said Interstate 10 ; thence Easterly along said center-
line to the Point of Beginning.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the map of said District on file in the office of
the Public Works Director be amendcd to reflect this boundary revision.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 16th day of May , 1.975 by the following
vote :
AYES : councilmembers Knudsen, DeMirlyn, Elliott; 'Kayor Martinez
