A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
PROVIDING FOR AUTHORIZED SIGNERS ON ALL ACCOUNTS HELD
WITH UNION BANK,N.A.
WHEREAS,Union Bank,N.A. is the authorized depository of City funds;and
WHEREAS, Union Bank, N.A. requires a resolution by the City Council of the City of
Redlands authorizing designated account signers;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following City Officers and staff shall be the authorized signers on all City
accounts,warrants,checks or orders with Union Bank,N.A.:
Robert Dawes,City Treasurer
Tina T.Kundig,Finance Director
Thomas M. Steele, Assistant Finance Director
Karin A. Grance,Revenue Manager
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 15th day of October, 2013.
