A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ADOPTING THE INTEGRATED REGIONAL WATER MANAGEMENT
PLAN FOR THE UPPER SANTA ANA RIVER
WHEREAS, the members of the Upper Santa Ana Water Resources Association formed a
Technical Advisory Group, in 2005, for preparation of an Integrated Regional Water Management
Plan("Plan") for the Upper Santa Ana River; and
WHEREAS, the Technical Advisory Group guided the preparation of the Plan and prepared a
public draft of the Plan; and
WHEREAS,the City of Redlands is a member of Technical Advisory Group and supported
and participated in preparation of the Plan; and
WHEREAS,the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District Advisory Commission on
Water held a public meeting to receive public comments on the Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Technical Advisory Group has addressed public comments and prepared a
final Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Technical Advisory Group recommended the adoption of the Plan by
participating agencies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby supports and adopts the Upper
Santa Ana Integrated Regional Water Management Plan.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18`h day of December, 2007.

adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 18`h day of December 2007,by
